Tsuneyo Tojo is part of the Main Cast of in Lessons In Love. She is part of the second batch added along with Molly MacCormack and was introduced in Version 0.7.0.
Background
Tsuneyo Tojo is the second girl to join Sensei's class after the original cast, succeeding Molly, who she shares the room with. She works as an employee at Tojo Ramen, a ramen restaurant located in the old district, which her father owns.
Characteristics
She is quite antisocial and is progressively learning about basic life concepts. Beside being sheltered for most of her life due to her father being overly protective, she has acquired a unnatural high opinion - bordering love - for noodles of all sorts. She often centers a conversation around this topic and is shown to be close to panicking when anything in Tojo Ramen goes out of order. She also often missinterprets meaning of words, which both confuses and amuses people around her. She also has a habit of giving nicknames related to ramen to other girls.
Relationships
Sensei
Even though Sensei often drives her into an embarassing situation, she respects him in general as he is one of the few regular customers of Tojo Ramen (the other one being Yuki). Despite that, she throws curses at him from time to time, often with her face showing no emotion at all. At the beginning, this happens due to her missinterpretation of words she uses, but later in the game, she uses them in more appropriate situations.
Molly
Molly is Tsuneyo's roommate and the only true friend. Altough the two of them doesn't have too much in common, they maintain a good relationship. Molly often serves as a mentor to Tsuneyo, correcting her missinterpretations and eventually introduces her to gaming.
Father
Little is known about her father, except that he is sick and taught her all she knows about noodles. She takes his word on everything and is known to question everything that would invalidate her father's teachings.
Kaori
When Kaori comes to ask for a job in Tojo Ramen, she refers to noodles as "dough strings", which offends Tsuneyo greatly, although she responds in her usual manner. However, due to this, Kaori is not accepted as a waitress in Tojo Ramen and so far, it is unknown if she ever tried to apply for the position again.
Noodles, the Bird
She found, named and brought Noodles along when she moved into the second floor of the dorm. She is sharing a close connection to him, as she taught him deep philosophical concepts like existentialism. She has also given him the knife in The Life of a Blue Whale, which is a trademark characteristic.
Yakuza
The Yakuza came sometime in the backroom of the Tojo Ramen to do... economics! Yeah, economics...
