Synopsis
Sensei returns home after the date, and is confused with Tsubasa and Touka being there for the party too. But they announce an important reason for their presence: this year, Christmas Party takes place at the Tsukioka Estate. And more importantly, Sensei and Touka have to look after Tsukasa, as her curious and restless nature can interrupt a business meeting Tsukioka parents have planned. There's no way for Akira to decline this order (which can only seem like a request).
While the civilized discussion continues, Tsubasa notices Akira's new housemaid staring at him menacingly. With that, Ayane leaves the room with Touka to search for Sensei's wine cellar, and Niki is interested, how she has to treat random women randomly showing up at their house once in a while...
Turns out, Ayane tricked Touka just to have a talk with somebody: she was greatly suspicious of Ami's and Maya's behaviour, and the adults were busy. So the two rich girls just have a casual talk.
Meanwhile, Ami and Maya were whispering. Ami is teasing Maya: inviting her to Niki's concert, and reminding of the memories of recent past. Turns outs, Maya remembers everything that transpired with her during and after the Halloween party. This understanding, however, doesn't give her the answers she requires so desperately, so she chooses to keep a good relationship with Ami (if it's possible)...
Finally, Sensei escapes the conversation with Niki and Tsukiokas, only to be approached by Maya. Despite what she says, Sensei simply decides to run away to his room after a short exchange. It leaves Maya at a crossroads, with even more questions. Niki spots the sad girl and asks if everything is okay, but gets a scalding response.
