"Tennis Ball" is an Event for Io Ichimonji.

Io Affection
This Event takes place in the following locations:
Sensei finds himself once again with Io on the male side of the Bathhouse, where she talks about various things that he struggles to relate to. Throughout the conversation, he gives multiple attempts to try and steer the conversation into something more interesting, all of which Io deflects. She eventually drops the pretenses and asks him outright if he'd prefer some privacy, which he agrees to, realizing how annoying he can be to her.
While Io tries to keep the conversation going by ranting about clinical talk, Sensei thinks to himself about how to learn more about Io – His usual method is absolutely ineffective on her, and, short of outright manipulation, it seems she'll be keeping at arm's length forever. This train of thought is cut short when another customer walks into the male side, asking for help regarding her towel. Io leaves to help. Now alone, Sensei closes his eyes and thinks to himself about just how different his and Io's conceptions of love are. He struggles to understand her version of it at all, as he's always viewed love as being much more physical, but the splashing of water interrupts this thought too. Opening his eyes, he's shocked to find someone staring at him, who casually starts speaking to him. He falls unconscious before responding.
Sensei wakes up, finding Io standing over him with a towel. Confused, he asks her to explain what happened. She explains that she found him passed out in the bath and carried him up into her room. He takes in his surroundings, first wondering if he'll ever get the opportunity to see this place again before his eyes land on the tennis-ball grip of a pull-string. Upon seeing Io's name drawn on it, he feels disgusted at himself for the way he had been thinking earlier. Io draws his attention back, asking if he's craving anything, but he just thanks her for helping out. She insists it was no problem, though points out she had to change him into different clothes. While he takes in his gaudy new clothes, he apologizes for making Io uncomfortable earlier, admitting that she doesn't deserve it.
While she confesses to having been uncomfortable, she tells him he doesn't need to apologize, as her own issues don't warrant him making a personal change. Sensei considers this unfair, especially considering all the care she's given, but she reminds him of all he's done for her. She loses her composure near the end of this speech, though, as Sensei's ridiculous clothes cause her to start laughing. Now annoyed, Sensei gets up to change.
Uta soon comes charging through the door, worried about Sensei after being told about his blackout. Upon seeing Sensei mid-change though, she gets embarrassed and collapses.
